If you’ve never heard of Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful (KTMB), it is a nonprofit dedicated to beautification, advocating for a clean community, cleanups and education in the Truckee Meadows for over 25 years. They coordinate volunteer groups to help plant trees and flowers, clean up graffiti, and beautify parks, and hold large-scale cleanup events and recruit over 4,000 volunteers a year to help remove litter from the Truckee River, open spaces, neighborhoods and business corridors.
A portion of all the proceeds from every event put on by Crawl Reno goes to KTMB. Keeping our community clean and top-notch is important to us here at Crawl Reno, and so we thank everyone who comes to the crawls and runs for helping us support this cause.
