Mardi Gras: the French word for “Fat Tuesday.” To some, Mardi Gras it is the long living practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season. To others, Mardi Gras is the night of all nights. A night where a sea of purple, gold, and green flood the streets in epic dance, drink, and shenanigans. A night where you celebrate life so hard, that you hope to crawl back home alive from, and will most likely regret in the morning.
Here at Crawl Reno, we like tradition, but we LOVE the party even more. Here are a few ways as to how we will be giving you the full Mardi Gras experience !
COSTUMES
EVERYONE around you will be dressed in the best Mardi Gras themed costumes. Don’t be a stick in the mud, show everyone your creativity, and dress to impress!
BEADS, BEADS, BEADS! Remember to pick up as many collectable bar 
beads as you can for a chance to win contest!
This year we will also be passing out beads, masks, & paper flowers!
THEMED DRINKS
A handful of bars this year are also reeling in Mardi Gras feel with themed drink specials such as Hurricanes, Red Roosters, Hand Grenades, and much more !
FOOT PARADE & GO-GO DANCERS
This years Mardi Crawl will start with a MASSIVE foot parade featuring a brass band, stilt walkers, dancers and tons of beads
In honor of the Krewe of Zulu, paper flowers will be made and handed out during the entire Crawl!
