We’ve been shopping at Party America for birthday parties, costumes and balloons for years- and this year the owners got a hold of us in order to support the events that they’ve been putting people in costumes in for years!
WHAT PARTY AMERICA ISN’T: A BIG CHAIN OR BOX STORE
You might not know this but Party America is the area’s longest running locally owned party supply specialty store, and they’re here selling party supplies and costumes all year – not just for Halloween.
Established in 1996, owners Tom and Beth Daniels started in Sparks under the Party Universe name. Party Universe was changed to Party America in 2005 when the corporation was sold. In 2008, Party America Reno shed the franchise shackles and became independent.
They now employ anywhere from 9 to 25 employees – depending upon the season. They are currently hiring for Halloween! The friendly and experienced staff strive to make your shopping experience pleasant and low stressed.

Party America is located at 5925 South Virginia Street, across from Meadow Wood Mall, behind the Bank of America building.
