2026 RENO MIMOSA DAY CRAWL VENUE AGREEMENT – WAIVED

To participate, venues are asked to complete and submit this form. Registration fee of $300 is now part of the submission process and will be asked for on the last page.

As a thank you for those bars who sign up, we will deliver 10 commemorative crawl cups a week before the crawl that you can resell for $15 a piece to make half your money back BEFORE the crawl!

These fees help pay for marketing the event and creating the maps and cups, and we appreciate it. We also appreciate your participation and support as well.

Also in order to participate, your venue agrees not to participate in crawls organized by out-of-town companies within 30 days before or after this event.

Over nearly two decades, we’ve collectively built Reno into the world-recognized Crawl Capital by crafting massive, safe, well-organized experiences that pump money into our local businesses.

We wish to avoid confusion in the marketplace and appreciate your support! (This does not pertain to locally-based event organizations)

LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that my bar [BAR NAME indicated above] is responsible for all activity inside my establishment and do not hold Let’s Do Things, Crawl Reno or any event sponsors liable for any incidents or injuries sustained by anyone during this event. In consideration of your accepting my registration, I waive, release and discharge and/or any agents authorized by Crawl Reno, Reno or Let’s Do Things for any purpose.

CRAWL GUIDE AND SAFETY & COMPLIANCE GUIDE: I will make sure that management and staff at my venue is ALL familiar with the guides Crawl Reno provides to ensure safety and compliance as well as crawl procedures BEFORE the crawl.

CRAWL DURATION: My venue will be open and ready to serve by at least 30 minutes before the crawl starts. For nighttime crawls my venue will extend all perks such as drink specials and free cover to crawlers until close, if we are open past 2am.

NO COVER FOR CUP-HOLDING PARTICIPANTS: My venue will not charge crawl participants cover. Even if our venue has a cover on crawl night, we will not charge anyone who possesses a cup for this event.

SPECIALS ARE FOR CUP HOLDING PARTICIPANTS ONLY: My venue will not extend specials to people without crawl cups. Instead, we will sell them a cup or direct them to a start location to purchase their cups.

CLEANING UP: I will make sure the area around my venue is clean by the next morning

LINE MANAGEMENT: We will keep any lines of participants from spilling into the street and prohibit participants from drinking in line.

RED OPEN CONTAINER BARRELS: My venue will put our red open container barrel by our front door (if you’ve never received one, please contact us and we will provide one).

OPEN CONTAINER ENFORCEMENT: My venue will not allow patrons to leave with liquid in their crawl cup or enter with liquid in their crawl cup.

CHECKING IDS: My venue will ID every patron at the door and at the bar in order to ensure that no minor enters my bar, or gets served.

HONOR FAST PASSES: Crawl Reno issues line-skipping passes for our photographers and volunteers and a small amount of participants to be able to skip lines. My venue will honor those.

RED DESIGNATED DRIVER BRACELETS: My venue will offer free sodas to crawlers with designated driver bracelets.

POSTER DISPLAY: My venue will keep 3 event posters in prominent places until after the event. I also agree to display other Crawl Reno posters and calendars regardless of whether I am on every crawl.

PROMOTING THE CRAWL: We will promote the crawl on social media.
