How To Use Hotel Codes

Just a heads up, codes can change at any point during the year, so make sure to check back on this page before you book and book as soon as possible before rates go up.

Sands Regency:

Click the name of the hotel under the crawl you are reserving the room for if registering online. When you get to the point where you enter a code, you will enter the given code in the “Group Code” box, not the “Promotional Code” or “Corporate No.” one. Visual representation:

You can also call the Sands Regency and use the given code to reserve your hotel room for the crawl weekend. Make sure you are letting the representative know which crawl you are reserving your room for and that you are using a group code.

Circus Circus Reno:

Click the name of the hotel under the crawl you are reserving the room for if you are registering online. You will enter the given code under the “Promo/Group Code” box once you’ve selected to book your room. Visual representation:

You can also call Circus Circus and use the given code to reserve your hotel room for the crawl weekend with the number given. Make sure you let the representative know which crawl you are reserving your room for.
