Thank you for participating in and supporting Crawl Reno’s events! Without you we couldn’t put these on and your partnership means the world to us. We take safety and compliance very seriously, just as we also take very seriously the promises we make to Crawlers and the City at large, which you help us fulfill. It’s our coordination and mutual support that sets these events apart from any other of their kind across the world.
Please make sure that everyone in your venue is familiar with this page before EVERY crawl you participate in. Do not take for granted that you know each part, as this is a living document which with change over time. Thank you again!
CRAWL CUPS:
CRAWLERS WITH CRAWL CUPS ARE ENTITLED TO THE FOLLOWING AT YOUR VENUE:
- Free Entry: Crawlers with cups are not to be charged a cover
- All of your crawl specials (which include a $4 Beer Special and a $4 Drink Special)
NOTE: Crawlers are only those with official Crawl Cups. Anyone without a Crawl Cup is not officially on the crawl and not entitled to any of the benefits like free cover or drink specials.
FAST PASSES:
CRAWLERS WITH A CUP AND A FAST PASS ARE ENTITLED TO SKIPPING YOUR MAIN ENTRANCE LINE
Crawl Reno issues a limited number (less than half of one percent of total Crawlers) of Fast Pass bracelets that allow Crawlers with Cups to enter each venue at the front of the line. This does not allow them to skip to the front of the bar, just the line to enter your venue. We provide your venue with a FAST PASS LINE poster so that you can mark where crawlers with passes are to wait to be allowed entry. They are informed that if you are at capacity they will need to wait and they are informed that if they are rude you have every right to refuse to let them in. Each of them has a phone number to text to let us know if they encounter an issue.
