This year’s Arch Rivals Superhero Run is going to be an official Artown event! Artown is a local nonprofit agency, whose mission is “to strengthen Reno’s arts industry, enhance our civic identity and national image, thereby creating a climate for the cultural and economic rebirth of our region.”
Artown and Happy Athletics encourage all participants to get creative with their costumes for the Superhero Run. Dressing up in costumes is an exciting form of art that we look forward to participating in and seeing. We have a professional comic artist developing a limited edition comic print for all of the participants in the run this year, as well as a photo booth, costume contests, and a coloring contest for the kids.
