HOW OUR CRAWLS WORK

GET A CUP

Your crawl cup gets you access to all of the aspects of the crawl: drink specials, free cover, photo booth, costume contests and more!

DRESS UP

These are costumed events! Our nighttime crawls all have costume themes like Zombies, Santas, Leprechauns etc, and even our non-themed events like our day crawls still have individual and group costume contests! Do you need to stick to the theme? NO! Be a rebel if you want! Do you absolutely HAVE to dress up? No but it’s SO MUCH MORE FUN for everyone if you do!

HAVE FUN

This is mandatory. Sorry, but you’re going to need to enjoy yourself. (If you’re having a bad day just come by the pickup table and let us know and we will do something silly to cheer you up.)

• Dump It, Drink It Or Stay! Being Out With An Open Container Is Illegal
  • Open container violations can land you a fine, or if you get testy land you in jail so take it seriously!
• Do Not Drink Alcohol In Line
  • If you are found drinking in line you might be refused entry!
• No Weapons (Even Fakes)
• You Must Be 21 Or Over
• Be Cool To Staff
  • Everyone is working really hard! Tip well and be patient if there’s a line for the bar!
• Don’t Litter Or Pee Outside
• Obey Traffic Signals & Stay Off Streets Unless  Using Crosswalks

• No Drinking & Driving: Use a Designated Driver Or Stay In A Hotel With Our Discount!
• Pace Yourself
• Know Your Plan To Get  Home Before Going Out

ISSUES WITH YOUR ONLINE ORDER

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!

FIRST, SEARCH YOUR SPAM AND INBOX for an email from Afton Tickets. They are our ticketing partner. If you still cannot find the email, the two most common reasons are either:

A. Your order did not go through

If your order did not go through then you should have gotten an email from Afton Tickets letting you know that it didn’t and how to finish the purchase.

B. There was a digit or letter incorrect in the email address you entered

If the pending charge does not go away, contact us with your name and the email you intended to use so we can look up your purchase.

MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH BUT I SEE A PENDING CHARGE

When a credit card transaction fails (usually due to a missing or incorrect detail- they’re really picky these days so be careful entering your info!) you may see a pending charge. This will go away within 24-48 hours.

I CANNOT PICK UP MY CUP! CAN SOMEONE PICK IT UP FOR ME?

ABSOLUTELY! Just send the person picking up your crawl cup(s) your confirmation via email or text for us to scan at pickup and we’ll take care of it!

I WOULD LIKE TO ASSIGN MY PURCHASE TO SOMEONE ELSE

You can handle that easily through Afton Tickets, our ticketing partner. Here’s their instructions.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Our events go on rain or shine. We do not issue refunds. In the rare case where an event has been forced to cancel due to something outside of our control, purchaser can choose to use their credit for any Crawl Reno event for the next 365 days. If the event has been canceled and the purchaser cannot attend a future event in that one case the purchaser will receive a link to apply for a refund.

I’M PLANNING ON ATTENDING AS A DESIGNATED DRIVER. DO I STILL NEED TO ORDER A CUP?

Yes! In order to get any of the non-alcohol perks like free cover you will need a crawl cup. Also, every bar on our crawls offer at least one NA special, and they’re listed on the maps! You can ask for a DD bracelet at pickup which will entitle you to free sodas at every venue too! Cup is needed to get the bracelet.

DESIGNATED DRIVER BRACELETS

If you’re a Designated Driver, just ask for one of these bracelets at the cup tables at our start locations and you’ll get free sodas at every stop!

I LOST MY DRIVER’S LICENSE AND DON’T HAVE A REPLACEMENT YET! CAN I STILL GET IN?

Sorry, but every venue is strict about checking IDs! If you have a passport you can use that! Otherwise you will not be allowed entry or be able to purchase drinks.

HOW CAN I STAY INFORMED ABOUT THE CRAWL?

We’ve got all of our social media info listed on our Contact Us page. Any of those platforms are great for keeping on top of the latest crawl news, features and more.

DO I HAVE TO BE 21?

Yes! Even if you don’t plan to drink you must be 21 or over to go on the crawl and get into the venues!

DO I NEED TO DRESS UP?

No, you don’t NEED to dress up. We’ll still let you in. But, it’s WAYYYYYYYYYY more fun if you get into the theme!
